Jay started working on remodeling the breakfast room, along with Andy's help, in May 2003 while I was at out of town at a business conference for a week. They installed a sliding glass door, then did some sheetrock repair & taping on the walls and ceiling and faux-painted them. Next Jay replaced the third small window with a nice large one, so now we get lots of southwest light in the room. The last photo is of the wood trim that Jay added in 2004 - he has also put in new floor tiles (not pictured). More of the breakfast room, October 2004 è
