Yorkshire Pudding

1 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup milk

Mix flour and salt, make well in center.  Add eggs, then add milk a couple of Tablespoons at a time.  Heat aluminum ring mold in oven at 425 for about five minutes; pour in drippings from beef roast (1/4 - 1/2 cup).  Add Yorkshire pudding mixture and bake for 35-45 minutes.

Serve Yorkshire pudding by removing from pan and placing around standing rib roast.  Garnish as desired.

(If you don't have a large ring pan, bake in popover pans or muffin pans filling cups halfway.)
