Orange Oven French Toast
Brunch

1/4 cup butter
2 Tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup orange juice
6 slices whole-wheat bread
Honey-marbled yogurt

Melt butter and the 2 Tablespoons honey in a 9"x13" pan.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Beat eggs, add orange juice and beat again.  Dip and soak whole-wheat bread slices in the egg mixture and place in the pan close together.

Bake at 400
for 20 minutes until browned.  Flip the slices onto a plate and serve with honey-marbled yogurt.  Makes six servings.
