Chocolate Mascarpone Raspberries

You can buy chocolate dessert cups in almost any grocery store now - fill them with sweet mascarpone cream and top with raspberries for an elegant dessert.
 

Mascarpone Cream Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
8 ounces mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon rum
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream
1/2 cup thawed whipped topping

Soften the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese to room temperature; thaw the whipped topping. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add mascarpone cheese and beat again until smooth. Add sugar and rum and beat until evenly mixed and smooth. Blend in sour cream and heavy cream, fold in whipped topping.

Spoon mascarpone cream mixture into chocolate dessert cups; arrange berries evenly on top and serve.
