Flour tortillas
Chopped green chile
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Cumin
Garlic powder

Spread chopped green chile on flour tortillas liberally.  Cover with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, then sprinkle as desired with ground cumin and garlic powder.  Place in toaster oven or under broiler until cheese melts, then cut into wedges or squares for appetizer-sized servings.
