prime pork rib-eye steaks
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon sugar
pork in non-stick frying pan over medium low to medium heat for 7-8 minutes (do
not overcook!). Season with garlic salt and pepper.
Combine yogurt, mustard, dill weed and sugar.
Serve with pork.
