Fresh Grape Salsa
Green Chile Recipes | Sauces & Dips

2 cups coarsely chopped seedless grapes (green or red but sour is best)
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped New Mexico green chiles
2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 Tablespoons white (or white wine) vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon bottled hot pepper seasoning such as Tabasco

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Let stand for at least 1 hour before serving. Drain off excess liquid before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or use as a condiment with fish. Makes 2 cups.
