2 cups shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese
1/2 cup beer
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
1/4 to 1 cup Jay's New Mexico Red Chile Sauce, depending on your taste
Blend all ingredients together in blender or food processor. Use as dip with
chips, or as a sauce on burgers.
