1 can bean with bacon soup
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup red wine
1 cup Jay's New Mexico Red Chile Sauce
1 pound hot Italian sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
2 packages tortellini with cheese
Combine bean soup, tomatoes, wine, and red chile sauce in a 3-quart saucepan. Add
bite-sized pieces of Italian sausage and cook for 20 minutes. Add tortellini, cook for 8
more minutes and serve with warm flour tortillas.
